How to track your order?
1. You can log in to our website with your email and track your order status in "My orders" if you placed the order under your registered account.
2. If the order was placed without signing in, you can contact our customer service to check your order status.
3. Once your order is finished and shipped out, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. If you have any question for your order, please contact us through support@llella.com.
How is Sales Tax Applied?
Our product prices do not include tax. Depending on the country to which you instruct us to ship your order, your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, and/or other similar types of governmental taxes, duties, or fees (collectively, "Duties and Taxes"). You are responsible for the payment of all such Duties and Taxes, irrespective of when you are billed or charged for Duties and Taxes. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary widely from country to country. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes. When you place an order for which Duties and Taxes are applicable, the calculation of the Duties and Taxes payable by you may not occur until after you have placed your order. This means that the first time you learn about the amount of the Duties and Taxes charged to you may not be until you receive your credit card statement or your receipt from us with your shipment. In some cases, the calculation of Duties and Taxes may cause a shipping delay beyond our original delivery estimates.

Please be aware that all international orders may be subject to additional duties, brokerage or custom fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials and cannot be estimated prior to shipping. Delays in customs are possible with every international order, which may affect delivery arrival times. Llella has no control over customs fees or delays. You may contact your local customs office to determine customs costs.
